LIFE Institute is based on a participatory management model with the General Assembly as the highest authority, responsible for deliberating on the organization’s activities, taking into account the Board’s and the Fiscal Council’s roles.

The General Assembly meetings are scheduled by LIFE Institute’s Executive Secretary, according to the progress of LIFE Certification’s design and the Institute’s operations in general.
